Holistic Facelifting
and Skincare
The embodied portal you are most recognized by, the face, establishes your countenance and sense of identity. Holistic wellness of the face is central to bringing your unique inner beauty and self-knowing to the outside world. In 2026, I am introducing a new menu of bodywork offerings that address countenance and holistic facial wellness in Austin, TX.
-
The holistic facelifting I practice stems from my recent certifications in the Vodder Technique of manual lymphatic drainage; silicone cupping; intraoral buccal and surrounding deep tissue massage (forthcoming); and sculpting of the myofascial leylines suspending the facial musculature.
My purpose is to holistically support self-alignment and self-knowing through the face; the face’s ease in sensation; and the face’s expression and natural aging process. By reclaiming and preserving the lively lift of musculature often associated with ease and joy, this work may feel particularly emotional and transformative. My basis in somatic work will hold every part of you through your process.

The skin itself benefits through specialized, product-based treatment. I am currently working with a licensed and skilled esthetician to develop my holistic facial sequence, using a high-end product line to complement the somatic approach of my full-body practice. Full-body scrubs and masks are also in development, with updates coming soon.
As a licensed massage therapist, my goal is to provide well-rounded treatments that are within my scope of practice and function within my systems-based philosophy of holistic care. I am not a licensed esthetician. For complex skin concerns, please consult an esthetician.

Your body as temple.
Bodywork can be healing, relaxing, or even invigorating. My systems-focused approach is here to help you articulate the specific quality of touch needed to bridge the gaps between your emotional, mental, physical, and somatic experiences.
-
Supporting my somatic approach and philosophy, I specialize in the niche modality of Esalen® Massage, certified in 2021, and am one of only two active Esalen practitioners in Austin, Texas. I am also one of fewer than 100 Esalen Massage Instructors worldwide, currently in training.
Cut from the cloth of the 1960s Human Potential Movement, Esalen® Massage is a style of bodywork that takes each client’s whole state of being into consideration, as well as the relational presence shared with the practitioner. There is a meditative quality that orients you, the client, towards internal self-exploration during your session, while the therapeutic practice addresses the orientation of your nervous system.
During an Esalen® Massage you can expect long, slow, fluid strokes that encompass vast surface areas of the body at a given moment; gentle holds, gentle rocking; and meditative pauses. In the Esalen tradition, the sessions I offer are longer (75-120 minutes) and include additional time for a preliminary consultation to get a full sense of what will feel excellent for you during your massage.
You can read more about Esalen here.
