About the Workshop:

Esalen® is a practice that includes long fluid strokes, and a meditative presence that offers clients a chance to go deep into parasympathetic activation. PNS activation has a significant impact on your capacity to go deep with your client without exhausting yourself. In the Essentials of Esalen® Massage course, we will learn: 

+ The history of Esalen Massage
+ Specifics of the Esalen practice 
+ The role of the nervous system in bodywork and massage experiences
+ Self care to utilize while practicing

+ Movement activities to improve body mechanics and physical fluidity
