Intro to Esalen® Massage
Esalen Massage is a practice that includes long, fluid strokes and a meditative presence.
Sessions drop into a deep relaxed flow through PNS activation, offering client restoration and ease for the practitioner.
In this class, you will:
+Be introduced to the history and philosophy of the Esalen Massage approach
+Explore the role of presence & connection in bodywork
+Gain a feel for working with the nervous system
You will experience:
+Simple movement & awareness exercises
+Guided learning to support presence & touch
+Introductory hands-on exploration inspired by Esalen Massage

Haydyn Marina practices Esalen® Massage in Austin, TX and other locations in the United States. She is a provisional Esalen® Massage Instructor. Her background in Art & Design and Ethnographic Studies informs the lens through which she views the world and her bodywork practice. Haydyn’s massage practice is by the people, for the people.
